The DSV Primary Care Network (PCN) is a network of three rural practices in South Warwickshire. We are dedicated to showcasing our activities, staff, and services. Our goal is to provide top-quality healthcare services to our community, ensuring the well-being of all our patients.

Our PCN is made up of several different job roles, all created to improve the delivery of service to our practices' patients.

Our PCN medical practices include Shipston Medical Centre, Meon Medical Centre and Hastings House Medical Centre. The map below identifies the catchment area our three surgeries cover.
