Men Matter

On Thursday 17th October 2024, our PCN Wellbeing Team hosted the Men Matter event, a Men's Health and Wellbeing drop-in. The purpose of the event was to raise awareness of men's mental health and wellbeing, giving our patients the opportunity to access information and support from local services on how to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The event hosted multiple stalls from activity providers and organisations, including Warwickshire and Coventry Mind, Park Run, Samaritans and more. The event also gave patients the opportunity to have their blood pressure checked by our medical centre nurses. Men's health topics were also discussed during talks by our local male GP's and other professionals. Overall, the event had an incredible turn out with over 400 patients attending!

See the gallery below to view all our photos from the event.
